Sensitive skin can be easily irritated. Typical reactions are itching, burning, chafing and stinging. After a wash a wash it feels dry and itchy in places. By midday there are flaky patches and some redness. Occasionally break out in spots.
Herbal Remedies For Sensitive Skin
Following remedies for some special sensitive skin care.
Use almond or jojoba oil to cleanse your face.
1.Comfrey steeped in water can make a good toner.
2.Pay attention to detergents used to launder your sheets, pillowcases, towel, and lingerie. 3.Fragrance-free detergents can help prevent sensitivity.
4.Make a facial exfoliate by mixing grapefruit with oatmeal.
5.Make a face mask out of fruit.
6.Cucumber and yoghurt also makes a good face mask for sensitive skin.
7.Licorice is a good product for sensitive skin. Look for skin care products that contain licorice.
8.Green tea has anti-inflammatory properties, which may help prevent sensitive skin reactions.
9.Aloe Vera can soothe skin that is red, irritated and blotchy.
